LEASE TRANSFER HURSTVILLE Good evening everyone, I am looking to do a lease transfer for my house that I am currently renting. Rent is currently $730. The house has 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. There is a bus stop exactly in front of the house and is 5mins ride to the stations Beverly Hills and Hurstville.
