We are looking for a customer service representative for our Adelaide based office. You will be working with a committed team, provide information to our customers through phone, digital and face-to-face. You will responsible for Answering detailed product and service questions. Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents.
