Rubyos is looking for Full-time and Casual Wait staff on both York street and Newtown venue, part time and casual positions are available, starting ASAP. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and professional, with a minimum of 1 year experience. You will have a working knowledge of wine and demonstrable ability to carry 3 plates. Basic cocktail skills and barista experience will be an advantage. Most importantly, you will be a “people person” that cares about providing exceptional service - relating easily to our guests, recognising our regulars, and anticipating our guests’ needs.
