Hi everyone we are looking for 1 IT desktop support technician for 10wks contract.(with probability of extension). Minimum 6-12 months of experience required on the similar role. Pay rate $33-$38 per hour depending on the experience. Need an experienced support engineer to join the existing IT team, to support 200+ retail stores across Australia 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri (excluding PH) Hardware support ranges from Point of Sale devices, POS peripherals, MFP/label printers, PCs/laptops, LAN/WAN equipment, etc Basic SCCM knowledge & experience required Must have experience with Microsoft Active Directory. Experience with building and installation of desktops and laptops via AD, managing AD profiles & applying policies. Experience with using ticketing systems Experience with Office 365 support/basic administration Excellent IT troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Basic network troubleshooting with desktops/laptop and network printers, network/data point patching Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred Pls drop your resume on hr@teqniko.com.au
